Important details
- Ages 5+ only, with no exceptions. Single kayaks require age 10+. Children under 10 must ride in a tandem kayak with an adult.
- Weight limits: 300 lbs for a single kayak and 450 lbs total for a tandem kayak.
- Requires the physical and mental ability and paddling skills to participate safely in a strenuous river activity.
- A liability waiver is required. Participants under 18 require consent from a parent or legal guardian.
- Return all boats and equipment to an employee for check-in. You're responsible for damage or loss if they aren't checked in.
- Arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled trip time for check-in and shuttle loading. Departure is 15 minutes before the scheduled trip time.
Cancellation Policy
Bookings are non-refundable unless the operator cancels for weather or unsafe conditions; then you can choose a refund or future-use voucher. Customer cancellations incur a 15% processing fee. Trips run rain or shine unless unsafe. Late arrivals, no-shows, rain, clouds, and cooler temperatures do not qualify for a refund.

Weather-related decisions are made by 8 a.m. on the day of your kayak rental. Trips may be delayed or canceled for lightning, severe storms, flooding, high water, or unsafe river conditions.
Optional rentals include a small cooler with ice for $11.28, a large cooler with ice for $16.91, and a dry bag for $6.76. Either cooler also requires a separately rented cooler tube, which is not included in the cooler price.
