- Check in at Rose Marina, 951 Bald Eagle Drive, Marco Island, 2 hours before departure; do not arrive early
- Show your confirmation email on paper or a device to the boarding crew
- Park in the open lot across the street; parking in the marina’s main lot is prohibited and may result in towing
- Limit coolers to two per person, each no larger than 19H x 35L; fully ice them because no ice is available onboard
- Limit rods to five per person; no exceptions apply
- Weather cancellations may be announced at least 48 hours ahead; they are nonrefundable and rebooked or rescheduled only
Cancellation Policy
Full refund with at least 90 days' notice for individual bookings or 180 days' notice for private charters. From 90 to 30 days before departure, rebooking to a future trip only. Within 30 days, fare is forfeited. Weather cancellations are rescheduled to a future trip only.
