A pre-arrival waiver is required. Gratuity is customary; $10 per person is standard. If you leave early and leave bikes behind, a $29.99 per bike retrieval fee applies.
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 72 hours before for a refund minus a 10% processing fee on credit card purchases. No cancellations within 72 hours. Weekend reservation changes within 72 hours cost $10/person. Full refund if operator cancels due to severe weather. 2-person minimum; if not met 2 hours before, may reschedule or cancel with full refund.
