Cancellation Policy
For hurricane-season bookings July 1–Nov 1, cash refunds are capped at 50%. Otherwise, receive a 100% refund more than 60 days ahead, 50% 30–60 days ahead, and no refund within 30 days. The policy also states that, once fully paid, refunds are capped at 90% except when the operator cancels.
FAQs
