Cancellation Policy
Refundable up to 24 hours after purchase, unless booked within 48 hours of the flight. Operator cancellations due to inclement weather, equipment malfunction, or fewer than 8 passengers are rescheduled, not refunded. Customer changes or cancellations must be made 48 hours before the flight or incur a $75 per-passenger fee. Shortened flights are not refunded.
