- Arrive 20 minutes before your scheduled rental
- Complete the online waiver before paddling
- Return equipment at the time of your reservation
- A late-return fee applies and is calculated in 15-minute increments; it is not included in the listed price
- Expect changing weather and water conditions, and bring a change of clothes
- Rentals close during National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) Small Craft Advisories, Gale Warnings, Thunderstorm Warnings, or equivalent alerts
Cancellation Policy
Full refund 48+ hours before your rental. 50% refund 24–48 hours before. No refund within 24 hours or for no-shows. Full refund if the operator cancels due to weather.
FAQs
Wear a swimsuit or quick-dry clothing, water shoes, a hat, sunglasses with a strap, and reef-safe sunscreen. Bring a change of clothes, towel, water bottle, and a phone in a waterproof case. Leave valuables at home.
Check weather and water conditions before heading out, as they can change rapidly. No small craft is advised during a high wind advisory or thunderstorm. Rentals close during Small Craft Advisories, Gale Warnings, Thunderstorm Warnings, or equivalent alerts.
Rentals are available year-round. From October through May, onsite rentals are available from 10 am to 2 pm. From June through September, reservations are available from 8 am to 4 pm.
