Know before you go

• One child age 5 or younger may join as a free lap rider per paying adult
• Complete the required liability waiver, which includes photo/media permission and mediation or arbitration terms
• Requires meeting American Canoe Association Essential Eligibility Criteria for paddling, including independent breathing, airway control underwater, floating face-up, and exiting a capsized paddlecraft
• Cold water may be 55°F or below; immersion can cause hypothermia, and guides may require an exposure suit in severe conditions
• Wear non-cotton base layers, quick-drying clothing, fleece, rain and wind layers, a hat, and shoes that can get wet
• Do not jump into the glacier-fed river
• Alcohol, drugs, and other impairing substances are prohibited before and during the activity
• A credit card on file is required; you are responsible for equipment loss, damage, excessive cleaning, and applicable repair or replacement costs
• An optional round-trip shuttle from Anchorage costs $175 per group and is not included in the listed price
