For parties over 6 passengers, USCG regulations require a bareboat charter and the captain must be paid separately; clarify the amount with Greetwell before booking. Gratuity is not included. No pets, glass, red wine, or overly messy foods.
This booking is for the whole experience, which fits up to 13 guests.
Cancel more than 10 days before your booking for a full refund. Cancellations within 10 days and no-shows are non-refundable. If Boat Tahoe cancels, you receive a full refund. Weather cancellations are determined by Boat Tahoe only. Holiday cancellations are non-refundable one month prior.
Yes. For groups over 6 passengers, U.S. Coast Guard (USCG) regulations require a bareboat charter, and you must pay the captain separately in addition to the prepaid charter fee. An additional $100 per hour is due upon arrival and paid directly to your captain. Group size is based on the number of passengers at the time of booking, and each guest counts as a passenger regardless of age.
Arrive at the marina at least 30 minutes before your charter (longer on weekends and holidays) and plan to be at the boat 15 minutes prior. If you arrive late, your time on the lake will be shortened.
Yes. Bring your own food, snacks, and drinks. Water is provided, and the boat has a cooler or small refrigerator. Ice isn’t provided, so bring your own.
All charters start and end in the Tahoe Keys Marina located in South Lake Tahoe, CA.
