Cancellation Policy
Request a refund at least 48 hours before your reservation. Changes are allowed until the day before your reservation. Weekend peak-season cancellations made on the day of the reservation are not eligible for a refund. Arriving 30 minutes late counts as a no-show and is not eligible for a refund. If the operator closes, you may receive a full refund.
