Cancellation Policy
Cancellation refunds: 15+ days: full refund less a $30 handling fee; 14–8 days: 75%; 7–5 days: 50%; 4 days or less: no refund. Late arrivals and no-shows receive no refund. Rain alone is not eligible for cancellation. If unsafe weather cancels the trip, the operator will try to reschedule or issue a refund.
