Cancel 14+ days before the booking date for a 100% refund. Cancellations less than 14 days are nonrefundable. If wind exceeds 15 mph, choose to keep your suite without cabanas/umbrellas or get a full refund. If thunderstorms are forecasted, choose a full refund or reschedule.

You’ll have your suite set up by 10:00am and broken down at 4:00pm. If you leave early, let your host know so it’s not left unattended for long.
If wind gusts exceed 15 mph, the umbrellas or cabanas can’t be set up; you can keep your suite without them or receive a full refund. If thunderstorms are forecasted, the suite can’t be set up; you can reschedule for another day or receive a full refund.
