- Arrive at 8:30 AM; boarding begins 10 minutes before departure

- Children ages 5–15 require direct supervision by a parent or responsible adult
- Complete a liability waiver before boarding; a parent or legal guardian must complete waivers for minors
- Safe vessel boarding, open-ocean comfort, and moderate physical activity are required
- Pregnant travelers and those recovering from recent surgery or with serious neck, back, mobility, balance, heart, or respiratory concerns cannot participate
- Alcohol, marijuana, illegal drugs, smoking, vaping, spray sunscreen, and glass containers are not permitted aboard

Cancellation Policy
Refunds require 48 hours' notice for 1–5 guests and 72 hours' notice for groups of 6 or more. If the operator cancels before departure, choose rescheduling or a refund.
