Know before you go
- Arrive at least 30 minutes before your scheduled tour time
- Bring a valid driver's license; the booking name, credit card holder's name, and ID must match
- Requires independent boat boarding
- Sign a waiver; a parent must complete waivers for travelers under 18
- Life jackets are required for children under 12
- Use lotion sunblock only; spray sunblock is not allowed on board
- Smoking, vaping, and drug use are not allowed, and participation is not permitted while under the influence
- Tours may be canceled or rescheduled for unsafe weather or sea conditions
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 48 hours before your tour. Cancellations within 24 hours incur a 50% cancellation fee unless you reschedule. Same-day tours cannot be canceled.
