- Arrive 1 hour before departure for waivers and instructions
- Ages 9+ only, with a minimum height of 48 inches
- Drivers must be ages 21+ and show valid photo ID
- Bring the physical credit card used for the reservation and matching photo ID; digital wallets alone and American Express are not accepted
- Sign a waiver; a parent or guardian must sign for participants under 21
- Jet ski weight limit is 350 lbs and may change with wind or sea conditions
- Requires the physical strength to pull yourself back onto the jet ski after a fall
- Not wheelchair accessible
- Cannot participate with heart or blood-pressure conditions, back, neck or knee conditions or surgeries, pregnancy, motion sickness, dizziness, or alcohol or drug impairment
- Equipment damage carries a starting $250 charge that is not included in the listed price
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 24 hours before departure. Cancellations within 24 hours and no-shows are nonrefundable. Late arrivals may forfeit the reservation.
