Important details
- Arrive 1 hour before departure for waivers and instructions
- Riders must be ages 9+ and at least 48 inches tall
- Drivers must be 21+ and present a valid license and ID
- Bring a physical credit card and matching photo ID for every driver
- Bring the physical card used for the reservation; digital wallets and American Express are not accepted
- Sign a waiver before riding; a parent or guardian must sign for participants under 21
- Weight limit is 350 lbs; limits may change with wind and sea conditions
- Requires fitting a Coast Guard-approved life jacket and pulling yourself back onto the jet ski if you fall off
- Not wheelchair accessible
- Cannot participate with heart or blood-pressure conditions, back, neck or knee conditions or surgeries, pregnancy, motion sickness, or dizziness
- Do not ride under the influence of alcohol or drugs
- Inspect your jet ski before the tour and remain responsible for equipment damage
- Equipment damage charges start at $250 and are not included in the listed price
- The person responsible for the reservation must be physically present
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 24 hours before departure. Cancellations within 24 hours and no-shows are nonrefundable. Late arrivals that miss the activity may forfeit the reservation; if rescheduled, a $75 fee per jet ski applies.
