- Children 12 and under must wear a personal flotation device at all times while boating
- Weight limit: 500 lbs for 2-person boats and 720 lbs for 4-person boats
- A liability waiver is required before participating
- No swimming, diving, standing, or rocking in the boat
- No food is allowed in the boat, and passengers cannot switch after departing the dock
- Return the boat clean and undamaged to the launching area; repair or replacement charges apply for damage
- Rentals pause during area lightning or prohibitive winds

Full refund for cancellations more than 24 hours before start. No refunds or exchanges within 24 hours. Full refund if the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
