- Complete a waiver before riding, including passengers
- Attend the required safety briefing before departure
- Wear a life jacket at all times while riding
- Combined passenger weight must not exceed 350 lbs per jet ski
- Pregnant travelers and people with serious health conditions cannot participate
- Stay within the designated tour area
