Important details
- Ages 10+ only
- Participants ages 10–17 require a parent or legal guardian age 18+ to be present and sign their waiver
- Completed electronic waiver required before the session
- Wear closed-toe shoes and all provided safety equipment
- Coveralls are provided; long sleeves and pants are required if you do not wear coveralls
- Entry may be denied for suspected drug or alcohol impairment or if safety gear does not fit safely
- Pregnancy, noise sensitivity, recent injuries, or recent medical procedures require extreme caution
- Leave outside weapons, paint supplies, food, and drinks outside the rage room

FAQs
Rooms fit up to 4 people comfortably. A fifth person may be added at discretion.
Arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled rage room session for the safety briefing and gear-up. Late arrival reduces your session time; arrivals more than 5 minutes late may be canceled as a no-show.
Do not throw weapons or breakables, smash items with your shoes, or hit other people or room equipment. Respect marked boundaries and look before you swing.
