Know before you go
- Arrive 10 to 15 minutes early to sign a waiver and get suited up
- Ages 18+ only, or ages 12+ with a parent or legal guardian present
- Bring a valid form of identification
- Wear closed-toe shoes and comfortable, gym-like clothing
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 12 hours before your appointment for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the appointment are nonrefundable. Same-day cancellations and rescheduling are not available.
