Know before you go
- Arrive 10–15 minutes early with your entire party
- Ages 12+ only
- Minors under 18 require an adult age 18+ or parent/guardian on site
- Each adult must sign a waiver; include accompanying minors' names on the signed waiver
- Wear closed-toe, preferably hard-soled shoes or boots; no Crocs, Hey Dudes, flip-flops, or open shoes
- Wear long pants and long sleeves if you opt out of the provided coveralls
- Not suitable during pregnancy
- Participation is not available while intoxicated
- A credit-card processing fee applies and is not included in the listed price
Cancellation Policy
No refunds. You may reschedule within 3 months of the original booking date. No-shows are not eligible for refunds, gift cards, or rescheduling. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late without notice, you may forfeit your time slot; if rescheduling is unavailable, a gift card may be provided.
