Full refund for cancellations within 24 hours of booking. Partial refund for cancellations made later than 24 hours after booking and more than 24 hours before the ride. Cancellations within 24 hours of the ride are nonrefundable. Documented severe weather cancellations receive a full refund or fee-free rescheduling.
