Important details
- Arrive 5 minutes early to check in and gear up; arrivals more than 5–10 minutes late may wait up to 3 hours or more
- Wear closed-toe shoes
- Wear the provided face shield at all times
- Complete the participant waiver before or on arrival
- Ages 13+ recommended; children under 13 may participate only with a parent or guardian present and staff approval
- Bring one extra crate of your own smashables free; extra crates or larger items incur a $13 disposal fee per crate-size, not included in the listed price
- Bring only safe personal smashables without hazardous chemicals or liquids; items are inspected before approval
- Do not intentionally damage permanent fixtures; a minimum $250 fee, not included in the listed price, applies for damage
Cancellation Policy
Receive a full refund when you cancel with at least 48 hours' notice. No-shows are charged the full price. Receive a full refund if the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
