- Smoking, cigarettes, and cigars are not permitted; wear easily removable footwear because this is a no-shoe charter
- The captain may cancel or reschedule for dangerous weather or heavy, continuous rain

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are nonrefundable. Reschedule with at least 14 days' notice; rescheduling within 14 days incurs a $650 fee. Cancel less than 7 days before departure and 50% of the booking total will be charged. No-shows are nonrefundable. Tours may be canceled or rescheduled for dangerous weather or heavy, continuous rain.
