Cancellation Policy
For private charters and groups of 10+, no refund applies within 30 days of the tour. Cancel 30–60 days in advance for a 50% refund; cancel more than 60 days in advance for a full refund. For hurricane-season bookings from July 1–November 1, cash refunds are limited to 50%.

Round-trip transportation is available at an additional cost when explicitly booked, with a pickup time provided.
A mandatory maritime port usage fee applies to each traveler over age 6. Some private charter reservations may already include this fee.
