• The person booking must be age 21 or older.
• Captain services are not included in the listed price. You'll pay the captain directly at $70 per hour before departure. Under the charter agreement, this same payment also serves as the fuel deposit.
• Fuel is not included in the listed price. A hold will be placed on your card 48 hours before the charter to cover fuel, with the final charge determined upon return. Any unused fuel deposit is returned to your card; fuel costs exceeding the deposit are charged to your card.
• Docking fees, cleaning fees, and damage costs are also your responsibility and are not included in the listed price. No amounts are specified.
• This is a bareboat charter: you take responsibility for the vessel, your group's conduct, passenger safety compliance, itinerary decisions, and compliance with applicable laws. An independent captain handles navigation and vessel operation, not passenger supervision or activity planning.
• The captain may refuse unsafe or unlawful directions and may end services if conduct, weather, sea conditions, or the vessel's condition make the trip unsafe.
