Important details
- Arrive at least 15 minutes before your rental time for check-in, bike fitting, and a safety overview
- Sign a numbered, dated waiver in person before riding
- Ages 4+ only; riders ages 4–11 must ride with an adult
- A parent or guardian must sign the waiver for riders under 18
- Bring a valid government-issued ID for adult rentals
- Wear closed-toe shoes; sandals and flip-flops are not allowed
- Helmets are required for riders under 12
- Keep rental bikes within Lackawanna State Park
- No alcohol or drug use before or during bike operation
- Return bikes before park closure; late returns may result in additional charges
- Rentals are weather-dependent
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations require at least 48 hours' notice. No-shows are charged full price. Full refund if the operator cancels due to weather or unforeseen circumstances.
