- Wear a helmet at all times for riders age 16 and under
- Inspect your bicycle before setting out
- Return the bicycle clean and free of mud and debris; a $10 cleaning fee applies for excessive dirt
- Return the bicycle undamaged; repair or replacement charges may apply for damaged parts
- Do not ride under the influence of alcohol or drugs
- Expect rental locations to close for nearby lightning or high winds; lightning closures remain in place until the area is clear for 45 minutes
Cancellation Policy
Cancel more than 24 hours before start for a full refund. No refunds or exchanges within 24 hours of start. Receive a full refund if the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
