- Arrive 10 minutes before your rental time
- Complete an electronic liability waiver before arrival; adults must complete one for each minor
- Use a single kayak only if you are age 13 or older
- Ride in a tandem kayak with an adult if you are age 12 or younger
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 24 hours before start for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours, same-day cancellations, no-shows, and late arrivals are non-refundable. Large parties, private tours, and discounted groups require 48 hours' notice. Tours run rain or shine when safe. Full refund if the operator cancels due to unsafe weather.
