- Operators must be 21 or older
- Bring a valid driver's license
- A credit card is required, plus a $1,500 cash or credit card damage deposit due on arrival and separate from the listed price
- Ensure everyone in your group completes the waiver before arrival
- Riders age 12 and under must wear a life jacket
- Keep the boat within 3–5 miles of Nashville Shores Marina and out of Party Cove
- Do not bring grills onboard
- Do not tow tubes or skiers behind the boat
- Expect an additional fuel surcharge for use beyond the $40 prepaid fuel allowance
- Pets are permitted; a $50 fee applies per pet in addition to the listed price
- Propeller insurance is available for an additional $50

Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 48 hours before a one-boat rental or one week before multiple boats to avoid forfeiting your reservation deposit. Cancellations within 48 hours are charged $100; earlier cancellations are charged $10. No refunds for weather after departure; if the boat does not leave the dock, you can reschedule. No-shows are charged the full rental price.
