Captains Carlos, Carlo, and John earn consistent praise for making excursions genuinely memorable. Guests rave about close encounters with dolphins and manatees, with many mentioning they've never seen so many dolphins in one outing. The guides clearly know the area well and take time to share their knowledge about local marine life, from sand dollars to various crab species. The sandbar stops are a hit, especially with families who enjoy wading in shallow water and discovering sea creatures. The boats come well-equipped with life vests and drinks included, and the crew gets high marks for being friendly and accommodating. One operational hiccup appeared when a solo booking didn't meet the minimum passenger requirement, resulting in a cancellation without advance notice. There's also mention of construction affecting parking availability and some confusion about check-in locations. Despite these occasional logistical bumps, the overwhelming majority of visitors describe their trips as excellent value and say they're already planning return visits. The personal attention and genuine enthusiasm of the captains seem to be what really sets these tours apart.
