Cancellation Policy
Cancel 3 or more days before your scheduled trip for a full refund. Cancellations 1–2 days before and no-shows are nonrefundable. If the operator cancels due to unsafe weather or sea conditions, you can reschedule subject to availability or receive a full refund. Last-minute cancellations of multiple trips are nonrefundable.
