Free cancellation up to 14 days before your trip. Cancellations within 14 days are non-refundable. Weather decisions are made 1 hour before departure; if the captain cancels due to weather, you'll receive a full refund. If you cancel due to a forecast and the captain proceeds, your deposit is forfeited.
