- Arrive at the marina 15 minutes before departure
- Bring your driver's license for entry through the Hilton Head Plantation gate
- Children under 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian
- Access requires a long dock walk, four steps up to the boat, and two large steps down into it
- Leave glass containers, red liquids, and spray sunscreen behind
Cancellation Policy
Full refund with at least 72 hours' notice before charter time. Cancellations within 72 hours may receive only a partial refund. No refund for no-shows. Full refund if the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
