- Passengers must sit with their back fully against the seat and feet flat on the floor
- Bring sunglasses, sunscreen, a bandana or Buff for dust, closed-toe durable footwear, food, water, and layered clothing with a waterproof outer shell
- Rentals operate rain or shine and are not canceled due to weather
- Damage coverage has a maximum out-of-pocket amount of $1,500
