Wear clothes you do not mind getting wet and closed-toe shoes. Bring water and snacks; sunscreen and sunglasses are strongly recommended.
A personal flotation device (PFD) is provided with every rental. Children ages 12 and under must wear a PFD at all times on the water; PFDs are strongly encouraged for all paddlers.
Illegal drugs and open alcohol containers are prohibited at public boat launches, in Pennsylvania State Parks, in shuttle vehicles, and while operating rental vessels.
