• Ages 21+ only; a valid driver's license is required to rent and operate
• Delivery is limited to Edisto Beach town limits and is scheduled before 2 PM on your arrival date
• A signed liability waiver is required before delivery; otherwise delivery moves to the following day and delivery fees apply
• A card on file is required; damage from careless or prohibited use may result in additional charges
• Drive only within Edisto Beach town limits and do not use Palmetto Blvd or Hwy 174 except to cross
• Stay off the beach, sand, marshes, off-road areas, causeways, and off-island routes; do not drive after sunset
• Park only in marked spaces, and ensure children under 12 wear seatbelts at all times
• Do not tow, overload, drive recklessly, or strap items to the roof
