Important details
- Ages 21+ to rent
- Bring a valid driver's license, a copy of valid automobile insurance, and a major credit card in your name; debit cards are not accepted for the rental contract
- A $200 security deposit is required upon arrival
- The renter must sign the rental documents in person; someone else cannot sign for you
- Do not drive on Third Avenue or South Atlantic/A1A, but you may cross them
- Beach access depends on beach opening status, time of day, tide, and capacity
- Arrive 5–10 minutes before your rental start time
Cancellation Policy
No refunds for beach closures or bad weather. Written cancellations received at least 5 days before your rental date may receive store credit only. Cancellations within 5 days and no-shows forfeit the reservation and receive no store credit.

Parking is not available at the pickup location. Use nearby paid parking at the Flagler Avenue/Buenos Aires Street City of NSB lot, or free first-come, first-served parking at Detwiler Park and behind the NSB Shuffle Board Courts.
