- A security deposit on your credit card is required before departure and is separate from the listed price. Participation in a damage waiver program is mandatory.
- If a machine is unavailable at the rental location and must be transported there, a $100 per-machine transportation charge applies and is not included in the listed price.
- Wear long pants and closed-toe shoes.
- Complete your waiver before arrival.
- Only operator staff may transport the machine by vehicle or trailer.
Cancellation Policy
Same-season rescheduling is subject to availability and a $25 fee per machine. If you cannot reschedule within the season, cancellation terms apply. Deposits are refundable until 2 weeks before arrival, minus 5% of the total reservation. Assuming satisfactory conditions, cancellations within 2 weeks forfeit the 50% deposit; within 48 hours, the remaining balance is also forfeited.
