- A credit-card security deposit is required before departure and is not included in the listed price. Participation in the damage waiver program is mandatory.
- If no machine is available at the rental location, transportation to that location costs $100 per machine and is not included in the listed price.
- Wear long pants and closed-toed shoes.
- Complete your waiver before arrival.
- You may not transport the machine by vehicle or trailer; only operator employees may do so.
Cancellation Policy
Rescheduling within the same season requires availability and a $25 fee per machine; otherwise, cancellation terms apply. Deposits are refundable until 2 weeks before arrival, minus 5% of the total reservation. Assuming satisfactory conditions, cancellations within 2 weeks forfeit the 50% deposit; within 48 hours, the remaining balance is also forfeited.
