Important details

• Renters must be age 25+ with a valid driver’s license; drivers must be age 21+ with a valid driver’s license
• Complete a rental agreement and liability waiver; every passenger must sign, and an adult must sign for minors
• A credit card is required for a refundable $1,000 damage deposit per machine, not included in the listed price
• Keep the same waiver-signed riders in the vehicle throughout the rental
• Wear a helmet if under age 18
• Expect rain-or-shine operation and plan for changing mountain weather
• Do not smoke or use drugs or alcohol in the rental
• General insurance is not provided; you are responsible for liability, damage, loss, and associated vehicle costs
• Cooler rentals cost an extra $25 per day, or bring your own cooler
• Pets are allowed but not encouraged; you assume responsibility for any injury or damage
