Cancellation Policy
All customer cancellations are nonrefundable. Reschedule 48+ hours before departure without a fee; 24–48 hours before, a $100 fee per reservation applies, plus any fare difference. No rescheduling within 24 hours. If the operator cancels without providing substantially equivalent service, choose a refund or reschedule.
