For individual, non-group, non-private bookings, cancellations 24–48 hours before the tour are nonrefundable. Cancellations under 24 hours, after departure, or no-shows are nonrefundable. For groups of 10+ and private charters: no refund within 30 days, 50% refund 30–60 days before, and 100% refund more than 60 days before. Hurricane-season bookings (Jul 1–Nov 1) have a maximum 50% cash refund.
