- A 7.5% equipment use and maintenance fee applies and is not included in the listed price
- A credit or debit card on file, or cash, is required for potential security-deposit or other-expense charges
- Accidental damage can result in a $750 security deposit charge; the damage waiver covers repair costs above $750
Cancellation Policy
Receive a full refund with at least 72 hours' notice. One reschedule is allowed with at least 24 hours' notice. No-shows are charged the full reservation price. If a rescheduled booking is canceled due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, receive a refund.

Yes. If the Slingshot is accidentally damaged, a security deposit will be charged to the credit or debit card on file. You’ll receive a repair estimate within 1 week; if repairs cost less than the deposit, you’ll be refunded the difference, and if they cost more, the damage waiver program covers the balance.
The remaining balance will be charged to the card on file 72 hours before your start time.
