Cancellation Policy
Cancellations more than 30 days before departure incur a 50% fee; 30 days or less, 100%. Rescheduling is free more than 30 days ahead, subject to availability; 30 days or less, a $200 fee applies. If the operator cancels for severe weather, mechanical issues or unforeseen circumstances, you may choose free rescheduling or a full refund within 15 business days.
