Important details

• Ages 21+ only unless accompanied by a parent or guardian; photo ID may be checked
• Only certified, verifiable service animals are permitted; documentation is required
• Tasting fees are not included and range from $10 to $15 per person
• An additional charge may apply for pickup or drop-off locations outside the general Charlottesville area
• Your tour time runs from pickup through drop-off; additional charges apply if you go over your scheduled time
• You are responsible for reservations required by your selected venues. Pippin Hill requires its advance reservation process; groups arriving 30 minutes late or more receive lawn access instead of a seated table
• No alcoholic beverages are allowed in the vehicle or as outside alcohol at vineyards, breweries, distilleries, or cideries
• Smoking, vaping, e-cigarettes, and wax pens are not allowed in the vehicle
• Excessive intoxication, inappropriate behavior, or violations of law or tour rules can end the tour
• Tours operate in forecasted rain or snow
• A $500 cleanup and sanitization fee applies if anyone becomes sick in the vehicle; additional cleaning fees may apply for excessive messes or spills
