Important details
- Children under 14 must ride with an adult. All minors require an adult age 18 or older with them on the river.
- Clear kayak weight limits: 400 lbs per boat and 250 lbs per rider. Paddleboard weight limit: 350 lbs.
- Bring the credit card used for booking and an ID with the same name for check-in.
- Park entry and launch fees are separate charges and are not included in the listed price.
- Late equipment returns incur an additional charge of $15 for every 15 minutes past your scheduled return time.
- Use reusable containers for everything you bring; plastic containers are not allowed.
- Arrive 30–60 minutes before your start time, as parking can be limited during peak times.
Cancellation Policy
Make changes or cancel at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund. If the operator cancels due to severe or inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances, you'll receive a full refund or credit. No-shows are charged the full price. Late arrival reduces your rental time. Late equipment returns incur an additional $15 charge for every 15 minutes past your scheduled return time.
