Cancellation Policy
Cancellations more than 30 days before departure incur a 50% fee; 30 days or less incur a 100% fee. Reschedule free more than 30 days ahead, subject to availability; 30 days or less incurs a $200 fee. If the operator cancels for severe weather, mechanical issues or other unforeseen circumstances, choose free rescheduling or a full refund within 15 business days.
