- Combined flight weight must be 150–400 lbs; the maximum may be lower depending on conditions
- Comfort with heights and open water is required
- Dress to get wet; bathing suits and towels are recommended
- Expect a water dip unless you ask the captain not to
- The captain determines who flies together based on wind, weight, height, water conditions, and safety
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 48 hours before your scheduled activity for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours are not refunded. Reschedule up to the day before your activity; same-day rescheduling is not allowed. Late arrivals and no-shows are not refunded or rescheduled.
FAQs
Wear a swimsuit or quick-dry clothing, and bring a towel, sunscreen applied before boarding, sunglasses, water, and flip-flops or sandals. Bring a phone or camera only at your own risk.
Weather-related cancellations may be made close to your scheduled time. If the parasailing experience is canceled due to unsafe weather, you’ll be offered a reschedule or a refund for the portion you could not complete.
Observer spots may be available when space allows.
