Know before you go

• Use bike, cargo, and dog trailers only with an adult bike
• Keep bicycles locked whenever they are not in use
• Return equipment clean and in the same condition, except for normal wear
• Expect an additional day's rental charge for returns more than 20 minutes late
• Accept responsibility for damage, loss, theft, or destruction; charges are not included in the listed price and include $400 per bicycle, $20 per lock, $15 per basket, and $20 per helmet
• Accept the inherent risk of bodily injury or death and use equipment safely; unsafe or hazardous use may end the rental without refund
• Avoid smoking on rental equipment, and carry passengers only where expressly permitted
• Follow equipment limits: trike rider and cargo combined weight limit is 250 pounds, toddler bike limit is 49 pounds, trailers hold up to 100 pounds, and dog trailer holds up to 75 pounds
