- Complete an electronic waiver for every participant; a parent or guardian must sign for minors
- Bring towels, lotion sunblock, and a swimsuit; wear light clothing over your swimsuit
- Expect the captain to raise the age limit or change the destination based on sea conditions

Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 48 hours before departure to avoid full charges or penalties. No refund for late arrivals or no-shows. Private charters require cancellation 14 days before the charter date. If the operator cancels due to weather, you may receive a refund or reschedule at no charge.

Expect shared assigned seating, either inside the cabin or in the stern area. Cabin space is limited, and assignments are based on booking date, with priority for groups traveling with children ages 6–11.
Transportation is available from major hotels in Old San Juan, Condado, and Isla Verde. An additional per-person charge applies.
