Wear proper clothing for the day and bring layers (hat, jacket, sweatshirt) and rain gear. Choose boat shoes, tennis shoes, or water shoes. For safety, avoid flip flops, and do not wear work boots or black-soled shoes.
Bring sunglasses, sunblock, a camera, food/snacks, drinks and water, and any daily medications. If you’re prone to motion sickness, bring motion sickness pills (such as Dramamine).
